Track Medications, Supplements and How You Feel
What you take and how you felt afterwards, in one timeline instead of two half-memories.
HarmoFlux lets you record medications and supplements with dosage, set reminders, and add a note about how you felt after taking them. Those notes sit in the same history as your symptoms, so you can review the timeline and share it with your provider. HarmoFlux does not check interactions, assess safety, or determine that something you took caused a symptom.
Record what you take
- Medications and supplements, with dosage
- Reminders so a dose is less likely to be missed (Core plan)
- Start and stop dates, so changes are visible later
Record how you felt after taking it
This is the part most trackers skip. After a dose you can write, in your own words, how you felt. Weeks later that is the difference between "I think it made me tired?" and an actual set of dated notes.
A note recorded after a dose describes timing, not cause. HarmoFlux never claims a medication or supplement produced a symptom.
Keep it in the same place as your symptoms
Because symptoms, medications and supplements live in one history, you can see what was logged around the same days without stitching together an app, a notes file and a paper list.
Bring it to your pharmacist or prescriber
Questions about interactions, dosage and side effects have qualified people who answer them. What they usually lack is an accurate list of what you actually take and what you actually noticed. HarmoFlux gives you that list.
What this page is careful not to promise
- HarmoFlux does not identify which medication is causing a symptom
- HarmoFlux does not tell you whether a supplement is working
- HarmoFlux does not check drug or supplement interactions
- HarmoFlux does not recommend starting, stopping or changing anything you take
Common questions
Can HarmoFlux track medications?
Yes. You can record the medications you take, including dosage, and set reminders. Medication reminders are included in the Core plan.
Can HarmoFlux track supplements?
Yes. Supplements are recorded the same way as medications, so they sit in the same history as your symptoms.
Can I record how I feel after taking medication or a supplement?
Yes. After taking something you can add your own note about how you felt. That note is stored with the date, giving you a timeline you can review later and include in a summary for your provider.
Does HarmoFlux check drug interactions or tell me if something is safe?
No. HarmoFlux does not check interactions, evaluate safety or advise on dosage. Ask your pharmacist or prescriber those questions.
What should I record when starting a new medication?
The start date, the dose, the time of day you take it, and how you feel over the following days β including days when nothing notable happens. That baseline is what makes a later change meaningful to discuss.
