Cycle tracker

Track Your Menstrual Cycle, Month After Month

Cycle length, how it varies, and which symptoms recur at the same point — recorded by you, kept private, and readable at a glance.

HarmoFlux is a menstrual cycle tracker for recording cycle length, period days, symptoms, mood, medications and supplements. It shows patterns in the information you recorded across months and produces a doctor-ready summary. It does not measure hormones, confirm ovulation, or work as contraception.

    Cycle length versus period length

    • Cycle length: first day of one period to the day before the next.
    • Period length: the number of days you actually bleed.
    • Both are worth recording — they change for different reasons.

    Cycle phases, in plain language

The cycle is usually described in phases — menstrual, follicular, ovulatory and luteal. HarmoFlux shows where the dates you entered place you, so you can see whether a symptom keeps landing in the same part of the cycle.

This is based on your logged dates only. It is not a hormone test and does not confirm that ovulation occurred.

What you can log alongside the dates

    • Symptoms: cramps, headaches, breast tenderness, bloating, skin changes, fatigue.
    • Mood and energy, day by day.
    • Sleep quality and disruptions.
    • Medications and supplements, and how you felt after taking them.

Seeing patterns without guessing at causes

Review how your recorded symptoms and cycles change over time. HarmoFlux shows what you wrote down and when — it never claims that one thing caused another.

    Bring it to your appointment

The doctor-ready PDF summary condenses months of cycle entries into something a clinician can read in a minute.

    The same record, later on

Cycle records become most valuable in your forties, when changes in length and pattern are often the first thing to shift. Keeping one continuous history means you can compare then with now.

    Common questions

    How is cycle length measured?

From the first day of one period to the day before the next period starts. Cycle length is not the same as period length, which is the number of days you bleed.

What is a normal menstrual cycle length?

Adult cycles commonly fall roughly between 21 and 35 days, and cycles in the first years after the first period are often longer and less regular. Your own usual range matters more than the average — that is what a few months of entries gives you.

    Does HarmoFlux track cycle phases?

It shows where you are in the cycle you recorded, based on the dates you entered. It does not measure hormones and does not confirm ovulation.

Can I use cycle tracking for contraception or conception?

No. HarmoFlux is not a fertility app. Any projected date is arithmetic on your logged dates and must never be relied on for contraception.

What if my cycle length keeps changing?

Record it anyway. Variation over months is information — it is what a clinician will ask about, and it is far easier to answer from a record than from memory.
