Accuracy & limitations

What HarmoFlux Can and Cannot Tell You

Knowing the edges of a health tool is part of using it well. Nothing here is fine print.

HarmoFlux is a health tracking tool, not a diagnostic system. It organizes information you enter so you can review it and discuss it with a professional. It does not diagnose, does not decide whether a medication or supplement is right for you, does not establish cause, and is not for emergencies.

    What HarmoFlux is

    • A place to record symptoms, medications, supplements, cycles and how you feel
    • A history you can review instead of relying on memory
    • A way to arrive at an appointment with an organized record

    What HarmoFlux is not

    • It is not a medical diagnostic system
    • It does not provide medical advice, prescriptions or treatment decisions
    • It does not check drug interactions or judge whether something is safe for you
    • It does not replace a physician, nurse practitioner, pharmacist or any other qualified professional
    • It does not provide emergency care and does not monitor you

    Your entries shape everything

HarmoFlux reflects what you recorded. If entries are missed, approximate or entered later from memory, the history carries that in. A gap in the log is a gap in the record, not proof that nothing happened. Summaries reflect only the information available to the system.

    Timing is not cause

Seeing a symptom logged shortly after a medication or supplement is an observation about your log. Symptoms have many possible explanations, and a single sequence in a personal log cannot separate them. Bring the timeline to a professional rather than drawing a conclusion from it.

    Where AI output appears

Some features generate text with AI — the Plus wellness insights and Q&A, and the assistant on this website. AI-generated text can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Verify anything that matters with a qualified professional before acting on it.

How and where AI is used is described in full on the methodology page.

    If something looks wrong

If a summary or insight does not match your experience, trust your experience and your clinician. You can correct or delete entries, and you can contact us at support@harmoflux.com if something in the product itself looks inaccurate.

    Common questions

Is HarmoFlux a medical device or a diagnostic tool?

No. HarmoFlux is a health tracking application. It records and organizes information you enter. It does not diagnose conditions, interpret test results or provide medical advice.

Does HarmoFlux tell me whether a medication caused a symptom?

No. It can show you that you logged a symptom after taking something. It does not establish cause, and no timeline can. That question belongs with your prescriber or pharmacist.

Can I rely on HarmoFlux in an emergency?

No. HarmoFlux is not an emergency service and does not monitor you. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to an emergency department.
