How HarmoFlux Produces What You See
If a health tool shows you something, you should be able to find out where it came from. Here is ours.
Everything HarmoFlux shows you is built from the entries you make. It counts, orders and groups what you logged, and presents it back over time. Some features β the Plus wellness insights and Q&A, and the assistant on this website β are AI-generated. HarmoFlux does not diagnose, and it does not determine cause.
What information HarmoFlux uses
- Entries you make: symptoms, medications, supplements, dosages, cycles, mood, notes and how you said you felt
- The dates and times attached to those entries
- Your account and plan details, so your history loads and your features are available
HarmoFlux does not buy health data about you, and does not pull records from your clinic or pharmacy.
What it calculates
The calculations are deliberately simple and inspectable: how often you logged something, how it changed over a period, what you recorded around the same dates, and where entries are missing. Nothing on the screen is a clinical measurement.
How summaries are generated
A summary is a structured export of your own entries for a period you choose β symptoms and how they changed, medications and supplements with dosage, your observations, and the questions you wanted to ask. It is your record, formatted for a conversation. It contains no diagnosis and no treatment recommendation.
Where AI is involved
- Plus plan wellness insights and Q&A are AI-generated from the entries you make
- The assistant on this website answers questions about HarmoFlux and is powered by a third-party AI provider
- Core tracking β logging, reminders, history and the summary export β is built from your entries directly
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a prompt for a better question, not an answer about your health. The website assistant is not the place to enter health details.
Why your input quality matters
HarmoFlux can only reflect what was entered. Days you did not log are gaps, not evidence that nothing happened. A symptom recorded loosely will read loosely in the summary. Consistency is what makes the history worth bringing to an appointment.
Correlation is not causation
If a symptom appears in your log a day after a new supplement, HarmoFlux will show you both entries next to each other. That is a timeline, not a finding. Whether one caused the other is a question for your clinician or pharmacist, and it is one HarmoFlux will not answer for you.
Common questions
Does HarmoFlux use AI?
Yes, in specific places. The wellness insights and Q&A included in the Plus plan are AI-generated, and the assistant on this website is AI-powered. Recording symptoms, medications, supplements and cycles does not require AI, and your summary is built from your own entries.
Where does HarmoFlux's information come from?
Almost entirely from you. HarmoFlux does not import a diagnosis, lab interpretation or clinical record on your behalf. What you see reflects what you entered.
Are the patterns HarmoFlux shows medical findings?
No. They are observations about the data you entered β how often something was logged, when it changed, what was logged around the same time. Things happening close together is not evidence that one caused the other.
